I want to start by saying that I bought these in multiple sizes and found that the 1 inch band is the most sturdy of the one's I bought. By sturdy, I mean don't slip. The half inch band slid some (still not as much as normal headbands) and the 5/8 band I only had to adjust maybe once or twice thru a 10 hour shift at the hospital. BUT the 1 inch band stayed put!!! I haven't tried anything larger but I'm willing to bet they stay just as well. I've got to say, I'm pretty impressed because I was certain my head was misshaped lol. Highly recommend if you're on the fence!
